Keep Elder Moses Mason in your prayer.

We have learned of the passing of our dear elder, may he Rest In Peace. Our heavenly Fathers knows what’s best. We thank all for their prayers. Let’s continue to pray for the family.

From the days of Adam to our own time, our great enemy has been exercising his power to oppress and destroy. He is now preparing for his last campaign against the church. All who seek to follow Jesus will be brought into conflict with this relentless foe. The more nearly the Christian imitates the divine Pattern, the more surely will he make himself a mark for the attacks of Satan GC 510.2

The servant of the Lord needs our prayer. Let’s get together in prayer. Remember the promises of the Lord.

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. -Matthew 18:20

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

James 5:13, James 5:14, James 5:15

    1. Keep your wants, your joys, your sorrows, your cares, and your fears before God. You cannot burden Him; you cannot weary Him. He who numbers the hairs of your head is not indifferent to the wants of His children. “The Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.” James 5:11. His heart of love is touched by our sorrows and even by our utterances of them. (SC 100.1)

  1. Our family is praying earnestly for Elder Moses Mason, we need the Lord to grant him more years, as he did in times of old. Please Father!

  2. Prayers are being lifted up from my family for Elder Mason and his family. We pray that this watchman is granted many more years to continue the work that God has given him.

    1. The Lord gives us the privilege of seeking Him individually in earnest prayer, of unburdening our souls to Him, keeping nothing from Him who has invited us, “Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” Oh, how grateful we should be that Jesus is willing and able to bear all our infirmities and strengthen and heal all our diseases if it will be for our good and for His glory.—(Medical Ministry, 16.) ” Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints” we hope to see him again. Let us be faithful so we can say ” I have fought the good fight, I have kept the faith, I have finished the work, and now I know that there is crown of glory laid up for me; and not for me only, but for all who looks for His appearing’
My prayers are for the family, that they will be comforted by the ungirding of the hands of the almighty.

  4. We cannot truly understand why he fell asleep, but we can thank God for what he did with time that God gave him. We have his Spirit filled messages to fall back on and study. We also have them to share. It is time to pick up the torch and continue the work that has been laid before us.

God’s blessings and peace to the Mason family.

    1. Amen, it’s “Time to finish the work”. Just like Moses of the Bible, he fell asleep, a new leader, Joshua led the children of Israel into the promised land. So likewise now Joshua (Jesus) will lead us that are alive and remain into the promise land. But individually we have to be ready. Get ready, get ready, get ready.
